Channing, Ballou, Emerson, Parker and Adams are considered to be the most prominent historical Unitarian Universalist theologians. Yet what theologians and theologies (& philosophies) of today inspire Unitarian Universalists in the 21st century?
In this ongoing monthly course, Rev. Dave and Intern Minister Liz Martin will introduce and review the significance of modern theologies including (but not limited to): Liberation, Indigenous, Queer, Process Theologies; Dark Green Religion, Religious Naturalism and Earth-Centered traditions; Emergent Strategies.
Conversations may also veer us into discussions on Engaged Buddhism, Daoist & Confucian Eco-Theologies and Jacques Derrida
